How to take your measurements Description: This Toto costume is perfect for Halloween or a theater production of the Wizard of Oz. It comes complete with mitts and boot covers layered in faux fur. The same fur is found on the included headpiece and jumpsuit. The headpiece velcros under the chin and has two, pointy ears. It matches the polyester jumpsuit that zips in the back for closure.
