How to take your measurements Description: He may not actually be able to scare a crow, but in this infant Scarecrow costume your little one will be Dorothy’s sweetest friend! This licensed Wizard of Oz costume is made form 100% polyester. The headpiece is a cream hood and brown hat. The hat has fringe and a green detail around the brim. Velcro under the neck and a large opening for the face provide a comfortable fit. The fleece-like romper has Velcro in the back as well as along the insides of the legs. On top the green, long-sleeve shirt has a cream collar and brown fringe accents on the sleeves and torso. The brown pants also have brown fringe on the ankles, a green patch and black shoe covers which are held in place with elastic and Velcro. This Scarecrow costume is also available for toddlers!
