How to take your measurements Description: It's time to give the Wicked Witch an updated look! This teen Wicked Witch costume includes a dress with a black, polyester top that is corset-like, with neon green lace tying up the chest. The adjustable shoulder straps tie together behind the neck. The skirt is attached to the top and is blended with spandex, giving it some spring. Layers of black, green and purple mesh that hang to mid-thigh give the skirt an iridescent sparkle. The black, nylon arm warmers are elbow-length and blended with spandex for some elasticity. The witch hat features a wire-rimmed, 15-inch-wide brim and a starchy top to maintain shape, while the purple sash and buckle are sewn securely around it.
