How to take your measurements Description: Join in on the fun this Halloween season with this officially licensed Scarecrow Plus Costume. This costumes comes with a foam black brimmed hat. It sits on top of the tan hood that is attached to the shirt. The collar is also attached and has fringe lining the bottom. The blue shirt has long sleeves with elastic wristbands and a rope cord trim. The pants are brown and have an elastic waist and the bottom has the same trim as the sleeves.
