Child Emerald City Guard Costume

You will become the ruler and protector of the Land of Oz in this child's Emerald City Guard costume. The outfit comes with a lime green tunic that velcros at the back of the neck and is made of a stretchy material. A long dark green cape with a bright green collar fits over the tunic and includes a Velcro strap. In addition, the costume comes with puffy, faux fur emerald mittens and a matching tower shaped hat. Make sure no one enters to see the Great Oz without your permission!
