How to take your measurements Description: This is our most elegant Good Witch of the North Glinda Gown. The Wizard of Oz inspired costume is made with four layers: a pink sheer net with printed stars, nylon net, mesh crinoline and finally a pink satin lining. The top layer of the star printed mesh comes 2/3 the way down the dress while the satin lining covers to ankles. A zipper is located in the back of the garment.
