Description:
It's time the Wicked Witch stepped out of her shell and what better way than this adult Emerald City witch costume? The sexy costume consists of a classic, black witch hat that is accented with a green mesh band around the brim. It accents the green bubble dress made from 100% polyester. The entire dress is covered in shimmering sequins. Elastic and black lace lines the off-the-shoulder sleeves. The bell sleeves feature a jagged hemline as well as green mesh that attaches the sleeves to the black lace. A black overdress is worn over the bubble dress. It is made from polyester and has a jagged bottom hemline. A diamond broach with green rhinestone pins the overdress for closure in the front. A pair of green and black striped tights completes the look.
